Published: Sunday 1st March 2015 at 4:25 p.m. Sunday 1st March 2015 at 4:25 p.m. There are ten days between the deadline on bag fee and entry into force. Is the government then really interested in input?
Your page Parliament has decided that it will introduce a bag fee. This is scheduled to be introduced with effect from 15 March. There are many who disagree with the fee, and this they have also expressed through their response. What we think is striking, is the short time that lies between the deadline for consultation responses and effective date. There are 10 days between February 27th and March 15th. At that time Customs and Excise undertake a thorough review of the responses. Or is it? Is it at all possible to make a thorough review of all the responses from a total of 38 consultative bodies at the time? Is it possible to sit down and think that "the objection was it sure much true - the need to take into consideration" - in ten days? Or is it?
It seems as though the authorities have now decided one thing, it outlined a required regulations - and they're really not very interested in changing. For how should it at all be possible to treat, discuss and make any changes the size of the introduction of a new fee, within ten working days? We believe that they really are not interested. They're not really interested in getting significant feedback, and in any case not of the species that actually deserves to be listened to. If they had been genuinely interested in professional försäkringskassan expertise and input from people who actually know the field and industry are involved, they had probably also calculated more time to take these professional advice to follow. Or is it? No, we see it again here, as we saw it when the government decided to introduce a permit to use self-balancing vehicle försäkringskassan on Norwegian roads. The time between the deadline and the time that was announced försäkringskassan for the entry into force was short. Submittals from academically strong organizations were numerous. Councils were highly professional, and across what was previously reported as the vision for the use of government. None of the responses were taken into account. The regulations were standing as first proposed försäkringskassan and with strong guidance from the government, many of the points against academic units' recommendations. They were not interested. They had decided. We believe the same will happen försäkringskassan in carrying pouch case. They have decided. The fee will be introduced as proposed. In spite of many important arguments from academic who know the problems and the environmental challenge. It will not be taken into consideration that communities say that a differentiation between biodegradable bags and ordinary plastic bags will not actually benefit the environment, but rather do potential damage - through that biodegradable bags degrade plastics recycling so much that none of the plastic can be used. It will not be taken into account that there reflected increased littering with biodegradable bags - because people think that these biodegradable and can not be bothered to throw it in the garbage. Just look at how many dog owners use biodegradable dog bags - they throw them away under bushes and on the street - but they are not lost in the mårra although the bags are biodegradable! It will not be taken into account that from a tax-standpoint would be hopeless to distinguish between försäkringskassan the different types of plastics försäkringskassan to know which ones will be taxed and which may be exempted. Who will define and determine when a bag is intended for the carriage of goods from the store? And who should decide which bags that are meant for multiple use - and thus can be recognized exemption?
RE: We use upper shopping bags several times. But they are still disposable? (Photo: DinSides) I use at least carry the bags from the store many more times than one: In addition to the obvious freight from the store, used to carry the bags home with us also to transport goods to and from school försäkringskassan and work, they can be used for storage miscellaneous goods shelves or cabinets, used for packaging overnight of paintbrushes for renovation, försäkringskassan they can be used as the butt toboggans, yes - actually very much. We never use one plastic bag only once - if it is not so thin and of such poor quality that it rips almost before you have received försäkringskassan the goods in house. We have also experienced. A dozen items scattered T-baneperrongen. Finally, we use it to trash. When it arrives where it should: in environmental recovery. That's försäkringskassan good. The only bags we actually use only once,
