However, due to being deeply centered in Afghanistan, we have not been able to send representatives to the glorious conference November 24, 2012, but send our best regards and comradely from our country, a country that has been a victim of imperialism global long, and has been at the forefront of the struggle against imperialism.
Our organization welcomes all participants in the international conference and celebrate the gathering of people, organizations hh and Maoist parties in defense of people's war in India.
The fate of the people's hh war in India certainly determine the fate of the struggles currently being developed in the region. Therefore, an internationalist support of this mission, hh is and will be the only option to pave the way for deploying a global people's war. Our organization is in the preparatory phase of starting a fight that leads to initiate the people's war in Afghanistan. Therefore, for the fate of the people's war in Afghanistan is truly fitting that we support the people's hh war in India, because without proletarian internationalism, there will be people's war, no communism.
Let's improve the agenda of the people's hh war in India, as a premise to give a practical step forward creating a new MRI. In these days of betrayal hh avakianistas and prachandistas, hh enarbolemos, defend and apply Maoism. There will be Maoism without the existence of an international organization that fights for communism worldwide, developing more popular war until communism! Therefore, hh we insist on fighting for a Maoist international center. hh
Uphold, defend and apply Maoism, principally Maoism! That's what President Gonzalo thought! That's what I demand the world proletarian revolution! That's what presents communism. This is what says the antirrevisonismo! And finally, this is what they need the revolutionary masses of the world! hh
Our organization also calls on all parties and Maoists to pay more attention to the Peruvian revolution hh and placed next to PCP organizations. This is very difficult days facing the PCP.
We also welcome all armed struggles of freedom-loving peoples of the world and we salute all those parties and organizations that are on the road to start the preparatory phase of the people's war in their country.
