Number two French call center invests in the UK by acquiring the Indian HERO Group's UK subsidiary HEROtsc. An acquisition financed one third by an increase in equity and the balance by bank financing. For this operation, Webhelp, created in June 2000, continues to grow at a fast pace as it will go from 10,500 anm to 16,500 employees, 24 call centers in continental Europe and Africa 33, recovering sites in Scotland, England and India.
